David leads human resources in Europe, specializing in learning and development, leadership development, organizational design and culture. He joined PeopleScout in March 2021. Prior to that, he held a variety of HR roles including VP of People and Culture at the XFL, VP of HR at T. Rowe Price and Senior Director of Global Talent at Etsy. David is skilled in managing geographically dispersed teams within private, public and large multinational companies, across several industries and unique cultures.
