Currently they enable over 30,000 jobs in Australia through projects and technology, which in turn drives innovation, sustains the environment, while developing and supplying enhanced technology for the industries in which they operate. Their talent acquisition services need to solve compliance, scalability, cost and quality challenges in a rapidly changing marketplace.

SOLUTION RECRUITMENT MARKETING

PeopleScout develops strategy and messaging and manages the design and messaging for advertising, e-recruiting, job boards and other sources of recruiting. PeopleScout manages the social media sharing of custom job and career pages as well as employment branding messaging strategy and materials for sourcing activities including advertising, e-recruiting and job boards.

SOURCING HARD TO FILL ROLES

PeopleScout developed sourcing strategies and conducted sourcing activities as well as providing access to job board postings and resume databases whilst curating and building talent pipelines and engaged communities.
