Technology giant Siemens is committed to strengthening the economy in Australia, developing local skills and jobs. They employ over 30,000 people in Australia through projects and technology, supplying technology solutions for manufacturing, construction, transportation, healthcare and beyond.

Sourcing Hard-to-Fill Roles

PeopleScout developed sourcing strategies and conducted sourcing activities as well as provided access to job board postings and resume databases. We also curated and built talent pipelines and engaged with various talent communities. This included technical roles in rural areas which are particularly difficult to hire for.

We also supported Siemen’s early careers recruitment through a tech-powered selection process that added automation to their graduate recruitment program.

Recruitment Marketing

PeopleScout developed Siemen’s recruitment marketing strategy and employer brand messaging, including the design and copy for advertising, e-recruiting, job boards and other sources of recruiting. PeopleScout managed social media campaigns that pointed candidates to custom career pages.
